Australia

Avurisea agrees to dispatch the product(s) ordered and paid for within 1 business day, unless otherwise noted in description of product. We primarily ship through Australia Post or Parcel Post.

Once dispatched, Australia Post typically delivers within 2–5 business days (6-8 business days to WA and NT).* You will receive an email notification from Avurisea that contains tracking information once your order is dispatched.

You should expect your parcel within 2-5 business days* of it being shipped from our facility. If your parcel does not arrive within this time frame, please Contact Us and we will track it for you. Australia Post will deliver straight to your door, however all items are shipped with authority to leave, or a calling card will be placed in your letter box to notify you that your parcel is ready to collect.

International

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Please note that the price you pay for your order online with us does not include possible taxes and duties which may be applied by customs authorities when your parcel is received into your country. This is a separate charge and is unrelated to us. The knowledge and payment of taxes and duties are the customer's responsibility.

30 Day Free Returns Policy

We want you to love your new skincare as much as we do. If you don’t, that’s ok – you have up to 30 days from the date of purchase to return your product, subject to the below.

If you haven’t used the product, we’ll exchange it, or refund you in full using the same method of payment as your initial purchase.

If you’ve used less than 30% of the product, we’ll only offer a product exchange. If you’ve used more than 30% of the product, no refund or exchange can be given.

And we can’t exchange or refund gift vouchers or promotional items.

If you’re not happy with your order, please tell us – we’ll always try to help you if we can.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
